The 2025 NCAA Tournament bracket is set, with odds released for each team's chances to reach the Final Four. All four #1 seeds are favored to win their respective regions.

East Region Odds:

  • Duke (#1): -115
  • Alabama (#2): +475
  • Wisconsin (#3): +900
  • Arizona (#4): +950

Duke, with Cooper Flagg returning from injury, leads all tournament teams with the best Final Four odds. They top KenPom rankings with a +38.16 rating, significantly ahead of second-ranked Florida (+36.16).

Midwest Region Odds:

Notable: #11 North Carolina (+4500) shows stronger odds than higher-seeded teams, including their First Four opponent San Diego State (+24000).

  • St John's (#2): +600

The West features the tournament's only first-round favorite from a double-digit seed: #12 Colorado State (-3.5) over #5 Memphis, reflected in their Final Four odds (CSU +6500, Memphis +9000).

Duke (+350) remains the overall tournament favorite, followed closely by Florida, who secured the final #1 seed after dominating the SEC Tournament.
